as oven consists of three individually coated heat zones that are horizonta=
lly separated. A direct fired natural gas burner mounted on the air return =
duct provides the heat source. Insulated with low heat transfer insulation =
material (Kaowool) sourced for the US (FDA Approved). Hinged oven doors all=
ow for access to entire interior of oven for inspection and maintenance. Tw=
o full length observation windows (1 on each side). Doors and exterior cove=
rs are 304 No. 4 Polished Stainless Steel. Framework is mild steel with a z=
inc metal arc sprayed construction. B. 2 Meter Conveyor System to Oven Infe=
ed =E2=80=93 Pans 2 wide with the long edge (hard way) leading to the loadi=
ng system. C. 4.5 Meter Oven Infeed Section =E2=80=93 Including Pan Loading=
 System. Pans 2 wide, long edge (hard way) leading into AutoBake carrier fr=
ame. Mounted off then infeed section is an industrial PC touch screen contr=
ol unit for easy operator interface. The infeed section is fitted with catc=
h pans for sanitation and ease of cleaning. Includes chain and carrier bear=
ing lubrication system. D. Vertical Carrier Transfer Section fitted with Me=

es pan un-loading system. Also included is the drive unit to provide convey=
or chain propulsion. All drive units are equipped with speed controlled 3 p=
hase electric motors. Power and torque are transmitted via hollow shaft gea=
rboxes with electric motors direct coupled. Each drive unit is fitted with =
an on-board mechanical overload system. The drives are synchronized electro=
nically; line speeds are selected via parameter settings accessible through=

rol Panel and System Wiring - Complete with industrial PC touch screen cont=
rol panel. The AutoBake line equipment is controlled by and Allen Bradley P=
LC system and electrical hardware. The touch screen is mounted in a fully e=
nclosed stainless steel cabinet, mounted on a post located on the operating=
 side of the line prior to the oven. There is provision to store the produc=
t (menu) parameters such as bake time, all oven zone temperatures, batter d=
eposit timing, etc. in the PLC memory to allow for quick changeover between=
 production runs without having to re-program for each product. Once progra=
mmed, the production line operator is required only to select a product men=
u and all parameters settings are automatically set. A modem in the main co=
ntrol panel allows for remote diagnostic assistance of the main PLC, if req=
uired (access to the PLC via a VPN connection is preferred, when available)=
