We received late word this morning that Wrangler will be shutting down ope=
rations for a system wide upgrade to their Ordering and Distribution syste=
ms.  I have the letter that we received below.  It looks like we are able=
 to submit orders up to 3/17.  Ordering will not open back up until around=
 4/19 with delays expected until 5/14.

"Dear Valued Customer:

As one of the last processes to separate Kontoor Brands from VF Corporatio=
n=2C we are approaching the time to separate our Information Technology Sy=
stems from the VF platform.  Our IT Separation project involves the startu=
p of new=2C state of the art systems which includes reducing over 500 lega=
cy systems and tools to less than 200 systems and tools to enable Kontoor=
=E2=80=99s end to end operations.  A project of this size is obviously com=
plex and will require several weeks of work to complete the transition=2C=
 including the complete shutdown of both our order processing and distribu=
tion systems for several days.

With this in mind=2C we want to advise you of the impact to our operations=
 and our ability to ship orders:

Kontoor Project Katalyst Key Dates:

3/1 =E2=80=93 Last date to request return authorizations

3/12 =E2=80=93 Last date to submit international orders for shipment befor=
e shutdown

3/18 =E2=80=93 Last date to submit At Once orders for shipment before shut=
down

3/19 =E2=80=93 Last date for orders to be released to our distribution cen=
ters for shipment before shutdown

3/26 =E2=80=93 Last date to ship/pick up orders at our distribution center=
s.  Orders not picked up or shipped will be returned to stock.  Orders not=
 picked up will be transferred to our new system and will be available for=
 shipment after 4/19.

4/1 =E2=80=93 Last date for manual entry=2C B2B and EDI order processing f=
or orders shipping AFTER 4/19.  Orders must have a requested date of 4/30=
 or later.   Cancel dates (if used) must be 5/14 or later.  We will make e=
very effort to ship earlier if possible.

4/2 through 4/14 =E2=80=93 All systems down for replacement =E2=80=93 EDI=
 transmissions should be stopped =E2=80=93 no EDI confirmations of receipt=
 will be sent during this timeframe.

4/2 through 4/14 - During this time=2C we will be unable to respond to cus=
tomer inquiries on product availability=2C order status=2C pricing=2C trac=
king numbers or any other product/order information maintained in our curr=
ent systems.

4/15 =E2=80=93 EDI transmissions are enabled.

4/15-4/18 =E2=80=93 Initial order testing/validation

4/19 =E2=80=93 5/14 =E2=80=93 We will resume shipments on an extremely lim=
ited basis on April 19^th.   While we will make every effort to return to=
 normal shipping times as quickly as possible=2C you should expect signifi=
cant delays through May 14^th.   We will continue to provide updates as we=
 progress through this extensive system change."

We received late word this morning that Wrangler will be shutting down ope=
rations for a system wide upgrade to their Ordering and Distribution syste=
ms.&nbsp; I have the letter that we received below.&nbsp; It looks like we=
 are able to submit orders up to 3/17.&nbsp; Ordering will not open back u=
p until around 4/19 with delays expected until 5/14.<br>

As one of the last processes to separate Kontoor Brands from VF Corporatio=
n=2C we are approaching the time to separate our Information Technology Sy=
stems from the VF platform.&nbsp; Our IT Separation project involves the s=
tartup of new=2C state of the art systems which includes reducing over 500=
 legacy systems and tools to less than 200 systems and tools to enable Kon=
toor=E2=80=99s end to end operations.&nbsp; A project of this size is obvi=
ously complex and will require several weeks of work to complete the trans=
ition=2C including the complete shutdown of both our order processing and=
 distribution systems for several days.<br>
&nbsp;<br>
With this in mind=2C we want to advise you of the impact to our operations=
 and our ability to ship orders:<br>

d to customer inquiries on product availability=2C order status=2C pricing=

<strong>4/15 =E2=80=93 EDI transmissions are enabled.</strong><br>
&nbsp;<br>
<strong>4/15-4/18 =E2=80=93 Initial order testing/validation</strong><br>

<strong>4/19 =E2=80=93 5/14 =E2=80=93 We will resume shipments on an extre=
mely limited basis on April 19<sup>th</sup>.&nbsp;&nbsp; While we will mak=
e every effort to return to normal shipping times as quickly as possible=
=2C you should expect significant delays through May 14<sup>th</sup>.&nbsp=
